Her design concept, created by Sunreef’s R&D department, includes clean exterior lines, a solar skin system with integrated panels on her superstructure, and a reformer system that converts methanol into hydrogen. Producing clean hydrogen, this means that the Sunreef Zero Cat generates zero emissions, no nitrogen oxides, and no sulphur oxides, positioning her as an industry milestone in sustainable yacht design. Onboard, the Sunreef Zero Cat’s layout focuses on optimising space for the most comfortable experience on the open waters, featuring expansive deck areas and a customisable interior.
SUNREEF ZERO CAT ACCOMMODATION
Her interiors are designed to balance style with function, integrating eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient amenities for a more responsible onboard experience. Able to accommodate up to 10 guests across the five-stateroom layout, this includes a large owner’s stateroom and four double guest staterooms with ensuite facilities. Her advanced propulsion system combines electric engines with hydrogen power, providing a top speed of 12 knots and a cruising speed of 8 knots, ensuring both efficiency and comfort on the open sea.
