Sanlorenzo

THE RENOWNED SANLORENZO YACHTS FOR SALE

Italian shipyard Sanlorenzo is ranked high among the leading luxury superyacht brands. Specialising in the design, production and sale of semi-custom yachts, each vessel is made according to their client’s requests. Offering a wide range of fibreglass, aluminium and steel yachts measuring between 24 and 73 metres, Sanlorenzo remains the only shipyard serving both the yacht and superyacht segments under a single brand.

Established in 1958 by Gianfranco Cecchi and Giuliano Pecchia near Florence, Italy, under the name Cantierni Navali San Lorenzo, the yard began gaining international fame in 1985 following the launch of its first-ever fibreglass hull, the SL57. Decades later, in 1995, the yard launched its first yacht, the 31.7 metre SL100, a turning point for Sanlorenzo. Growing steadily over the years, Sanlorenzo opened a second yard in Viareggio in 2007 dedicated to creating new models and product lines, such as the 37.4 metre SD122, which won the World Superyacht Award in 2008.

One of the most prolific yacht builders in the industry, Sanlorenzo constructs a limited number of custom yachts per year. Within its yacht division, it offers four ranges: the SL Range, the SD Range, the SX Range and the SP Range. Sanlorenzo’s superyacht division includes the Alloy Range, the Steel Range and Explorer Range. Some of the yard’s most popular models include the 500EXP, an explorer yacht; the SL102, the world’s first asymmetric yacht and the 73 Steel, the largest Sanlorenzo yacht for sale.
