'STELLA FIERA'

STELLA FIERA is the first Benetti Classic 115 ever built, the model that established one of the shipyard’s most recognisable series. Launched in 1998 and showcased as the “Star of Genoa Yacht Show,” she carries the full pedigree of Stefano Righini’s exterior design and Zuretti’s classic interior work.

STELLA FIERA measures 247 GT and benefits from a wide 7.20-metre beam, giving her strong interior volume for her length. She has undergone continuous investment throughout her life, with major refit periods in 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018 and most comprehensively in 2022. These works covered mechanical overhauls, hydraulic systems, guest areas, exterior finishes and soft furnishings, resulting in a yacht that presents in excellent operational and cosmetic condition today.

Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she cruises comfortably at 12 knots with a top speed of approximately 16 knots and a transoceanic range of around 3,200 nautical miles at cruising speed. Comfort underway and at anchor is supported by Mitsubishi GOT 1000 stabilizers, while manoeuvrability is enhanced by a hydraulic Koopnautic bow thruster.

One of the most significant upgrades is the addition of a large hydraulic swim platform, offering easy access to the water and the ability to carry a tender or jet ski. The yacht also features an Opacmare hydraulic gangway, upgraded windlasses, renewed bow thruster system and extensive hydraulic hose replacement completed in 2022.

The interior retains Zuretti’s classic styling, with warm wood finishes, balanced lighting and a traditional layout that remains highly functional. The main salon offers a generous lounge and formal dining area, while the galley was completely redesigned and enlarged to professional standards, with Siemens, Wolf, Miele, Gaggenau and Liebherr appliances installed to support extended cruising and charter-style service.

Accommodation is for 10 guests across five cabins. The owner’s suite is located on the upper deck, offering privacy and panoramic views. Forward on the main deck is a full-beam VIP cabin, a notable feature for a yacht of this size. The lower deck hosts a second full-beam VIP cabin and two twin cabins. Crew accommodation is arranged for seven crew in four cabins, ensuring efficient onboard operation.

Outdoor living is a key strength. The sundeck features a jacuzzi, open deck space for sunbathing or social use and light fitness equipment. The upper deck aft functions as a versatile entertainment area, suitable for outdoor cinema or events, while the main deck aft provides a protected dining and seating area.

Overall, STELLA FIERA stands out for her build, condition and the depth of her upgrade history. Few yachts of this generation have undergone such extensive modernisation, and even fewer carry the significance of being hull number one of the Classic 115 range.
