Admiral Yacht, an Italian shipyard, specialises in building superyachts and megayachts, measuring up to and over 100 metres in length. Launching 149 superyachts to date, with 101 yachts in operation in its global fleet, Admiral yachts are characterised by their elegance, timeless style and total customisation options. Originally founded in the 1950s as ‘Arcobaleno Super,’ the yard formally came into being in 1966, marking its entry into the yachting industry with the 18-metre wooden ‘Admiral’ yacht.

Over the years, Admiral Yacht has expanded its offerings, introducing its inaugural light alloy model measuring 23.50 metres in length in 1982. The yard’s focus has since shifted towards building yachts made of steel and aluminium, prioritising luxury, safety, and performance. Following its acquisition by the Italian Sea Group in 2011, Admiral Yachts has continued to develop its design and engineering feats. The shipyard now offers a range of 12 displacement and semi-displacement models, including motor yachts and explorer yachts, with sizes ranging from 50 to over 100 metres. Among Admiral’s notable designs are the 37-metre Flying Dragon, the 43-metre Life Saga, and the pioneering 75-metre explorer yacht Planet Nine.
