BENETTI B.NEOS SERIES

The Benetti B.Neos series is a new-generation range of hybrid semi-custom superyachts from Italian shipyard Benetti. Currently consisting of a single debut model, the B.Neos 40M, she was first unveiled at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival. The 40.63-metre model takes her name from the Greek word néos, meaning “new, young and fresh”, and is said to offer owners a refined, forward-thinking vision of modern life out on the open waters. The exterior design of the 40.63 metre model was developed by UK-based Malcolm McKeon Yacht Design, a studio best known for its sailing yacht projects, resulting in the B.Neos 40M plumb bow, low-profile superstructure, expansive glazing, and overhanging aft decks. The interiors are by Italian studio FM Architettura, led by Francesca Muzio, and lean more towards warm, tactile, lived-in spaces over formal grandeur. The layout of the Benetti B.Neos 40M spans across four decks and focuses on a fluid, uncomplicated general arrangement. On the main deck aft, there is a pool which flows into the beach club aft, a light-filled, floor-to-ceiling glazed social hub that reimagines the traditional beach club concept, with an open family kitchen forward designed to serve as the informal social heart. The wheelhouse, positioned forward on the main deck, frees up the entire upper deck as an exclusive owner’s area with a forward private apartment and 270-degree panoramic views. Able to accommodate up to ten overnight guests, the remaining four ensuite staterooms are located on the lower deck. An observation deck with a generous sunpad crowns the profile. The B.Neos 40M is powered by twin MAN V8-800 engines with hybrid propulsion, delivering a 30 percent reduction in energy consumption compared to a conventional yacht of equivalent size. She has a range of 2,600 nautical miles at 10 knots.
