Pershing Superyachts
PERSHING SUPERYACHTS
Pershing’s current series of Superyachts consists of one flagship model, the Pershing 140. The Italian builder’s first all-aluminium superyacht, the first hull in the series, was launched in February 2019 at the Ferretti Group’s Super Yacht shipyard in Ancona, Italy. Described by Pershing as “the ultimate expression of the Pershing thrill,” the Pershing 140 features an exterior designed by long-time Pershing collaborator Fulvio De Simonu in collaboration with the Ferretti Group Engineering Department.
Measuring 43.3 metres in length, the Pershing 140 introduced several firsts for the shipyard, including a raised helm station connected directly to the sundeck, a main-deck owner’s suite, and a beach club that opens fully on three sides to the water. The aluminium construction of the Pershing 140 keeps displacement low relative to her size, supporting a top speed of up to 36 knots. Her exterior styling is in line with the signature sleek and aerodynamic language of the broader Pershing range, with the brand’s signature side wings integrated into the superstructure at the base of the walkways and a distinctively shaped bow. Similar to Pershing’s other series, the Pershing 140 is semi-customisable, with several fully customisable interior options available from Edith Ho, Poltrona Frau, Minotti, and Roche Bobois.
The interior layout of the Pershing 140 is also flexible, with a lounge space on the main deck that can be configured as a private cinema or bar according to individual preference. Powered by four MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines with hydro-jet propulsion, the Pershing 140 has a top speed of 36 knots and a cruising speed of 10 knots. There are currently 4 Pershing 140 in the global fleet and one under construction, according to data from SYT IQ.
