She is constructed from GRP, measuring 43.6 metres in length, with an 8.65-metre beam and 2.05-metre draught. Long-term Azimut collaborator Alberto Mancini designed her exteriors, while M2 Atelier, marking their first collaboration with the Italian shipyard, created her light, contemporary interiors. One of the defining features of the Azimut Grande 44M is the private 50-square-metre upper deck that can be reconfigured as either a sky lounge or an exclusive owner’s deck.

Achieved by relocating the helm station to the sun deck, the upper deck offers unobstructed views of the surroundings forward and stern, with two private outdoor lounge spaces. In addition, the upper deck offers room to include a media room, lounge area, dining area, or more forward. The main deck aft boasts a spectacular sea view terrace featuring a glass-bottom infinity pool, which serves as a skylight for the expansive beach club below. The beach club has a fold-out transom, ideal for relaxing by the water’s edge when anchored. The Azimut Grand 44M can easily accommodate up to ten guests across five ensuite staterooms, including the owner’s suite on the upper deck, two double VIPs, and two configurable twin staterooms on the lower deck. Crew quarters for a crew of eight are located on the lower deck, next to the captain’s cabin on the sun deck. Powered by twin MAN engines, the Azimut Grande 44M has a top speed of 17 knots.
