The Bering B165 is the new flagship model from Turkish shipyard Bering Yachts. A genuine transoceanic explorer, this crossover design aims to offer a blend of the relaxed, easy-going and comfort of traditional motor yachts with the ruggedness, stability and extended range of an explorer yacht. Measuring 49.4 metres in length, with a beam of 9 metres and a draught of 2.55 metres, the B165 was designed by Bering’s in-house team in collaboration with Valentin Design. Featuring a full-displacement steel hull that guarantees exceptional performance, with 499 GT, she offers plenty of space onboard.

The B165’s exterior styling offers a sleek, functional design with plenty of liveable outdoor spaces, including a spacious main deck aft featuring a large swimming pool, sunbeds, and extendable bulwarks for additional space. With steps leading down to her extensive beach, this space includes a swimming platform that extends into the water for easy access to the sea, ideal for relaxing or engaging in water sports. Another key feature is the crow’s nest on the hardtop over the sundeck, which offers a 360-degree view, giving guests a panoramic perspective of the surroundings. The interior layout of the B165 is equally impressive, with the main deck housing two VIP ensuite staterooms, a cinema room that can double as an additional guest stateroom, and a large main lounge with dining for 12 guests.
BERING B165 ACCOMMODATION
With a dedicated owner’s deck offering a private retreat, this includes an expansive 32-square-metre stateroom, an alfresco dining area and a lounge with a jacuzzi on the bow. Able to accommodate up to 12 guests across six ensuite staterooms, the remaining three staterooms are located on the lower deck with the galley and crew quarters for a crew of up to eight crew members. An additional stateroom is available for extra personnel, such as a nanny, guide, or masseur, for a highly personalised onboard experience. Powered by two 1,300 HP Caterpillar engines, she offers an impressive range of over 4,000 nautical miles when cruising at 10 knots and a top speed of 15 knots.
