Making her global debut at the 2025 Venice Boat Show, the Ferretti 940 is the new flagship model in Italian shipyard Ferretti Yachts’ flybridge range and the yard’s first widebody design. Measuring 28.97 metres in length with a 6.76-metre beam and 2.30-metre draught, the Ferretti 940 embodies the yard’s “Just Like Home” philosophy, combining generous living spaces with high-end design. The Ferretti 940 boasts an exterior design by Filippo Salvetti and an interior design by Ideaeitalia, both developed in collaboration with the Ferretti Group Product Strategy Committee and the Engineering Department. Her exterior styling incorporates sweeping horizontal lines, creating a sleek, dynamic silhouette, boasting extensive panoramic glazing, including floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining area, providing spectacular views whilst flooding interiors with natural light.

Some key features onboard the Ferretti 940 include the 32-square-metre cockpit, featuring a glass parapet establishing continuity with the stern platform and the garage, which accommodates tenders up to 4.10 metres. The almost 30-square-metre salon is available in three layout configurations, featuring either Classic or Contemporary décor schemes, including a Minotti corner sofa opposite a low cabinet with a television. The dining area can comfortably seat eight with direct access to the galley. The generous 50-square-metre flybridge serves as the primary al fresco entertaining space, protected by a hard top available in fixed or louvre versions, which contains the helm station and a dining area for nine guests. The Ferretti Yachts 940 is able to accommodate ten guests across five ensuite staterooms, including the 27-square-metre full-beam owner’s suite located forward on the main deck. Powered by twin MAN V12-2000 engines, she has a top speed of 25 knots with a cruising speed of 21 knots.
