The entry model to Italian shipyard Azimut’s range of outboard-powered weekend cruisers, the Azimut Verve 42, made her international debut at the 2021 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. Measuring 12.90 metres in length, with a 3.94-metre beam and a 1.20 draught, the Verve 42 brings together a compact concept with a performance-driven design. Her exterior and interior design are by Francesco Struglia, with naval architecture by Michael Peters Yacht Design, whose stepped deep-V hull enhances her speed and ease of handling. A key feature of the Verve 42 is the notably generous deck layout.

AZIMUT VERVE 42 SPECS
The main deck is configured for versatility and outdoor living, with the cockpit featuring a high-low dining table that retracts flush with the deck. The port-side bulwark folds down to create a waterside platform with an integrated swim ladder, offering easy access to the open waters. Forward, the asymmetrical split-level bow arrangement maximises usable space, with an upper sunpad and a lower lounge-dining area centred around a six-person table. The helm is flanked by large hullside glazing, enhancing visibility and strengthening the visual connection with the surrounding seascape.

AZIMUT VERVE 42 ACCOMMODATION
The lower deck houses a centrally positioned galley with a separate shower and bathroom. Able to accommodate up to four overnight guests, this includes one stateroom located aft, with a queen-sized berth and a convertible dinette forward. Powered by triple 450 hp Mercury Racing outboard engines, the Verve 42 has a top speed of 43 knots, with an average cruising speed of 32 knots and a fuel tank capacity of 1,750 litres.
