THE 2026 FLEET: MONACO’S BUSIEST YEAR FOR NEW LAUNCHES YET
Port Hercule opens for its 35th edition from 23-26 September 2026, and this year the numbers alone tell a story. Organisers expect the fleet to reach 120 superyachts by opening day, with 43 confirmed world premieres already on the list. It’s the largest single concentration of newly delivered tonnage the industry calendar sees all year.
Build slots at the leading yards are now booked through 2028 and 2029, which makes this year’s crop of debuts unusually valuable to see in person, a rare chance to compare a full season’s worth of new builds without a single shipyard visit.
Here’s where to focus, from the headline names to the segment quietly doing the most business.
NIXIE – Lürssen (102.4m)
The largest yacht built by Lürssen to make her Monaco debut this year, Nixie takes pride of place at Quai Rainier Ier. Exterior and interior both come from British studio RWD, who gave her an unusually long, low profile for her size, the superstructure sits further aft than convention would suggest, and four decks of cascading terraces step down toward an expansive beach club built directly into the hull. Curved glazing runs the full length of the hull, turning what could read as sheer scale into something closer to restraint.
SILVER FOX – Sanlorenzo (73.4m)
Sanlorenzo’s largest yacht to date and the flagship of its 74Steel line, Silver Fox pairs a diesel-electric propulsion system with a layout that puts the freed-up technical space to real use, a 290-square-metre beach club and a 300-square-metre private owner’s deck among them. A glass-floor pool sits on the aft deck, and a hydroponic garden runs along the tank deck. Zuccon International Project handled the exterior, Francesco Paszkowski Design the interiors.
PANGEA – Amels (80m)
The first hull in Amels’ new Limited Editions 80 series, Pangea was built for long-range, ocean-capable cruising rather than harbour-hopping – around 5,000 nautical miles at cruising speed. Espen Øino penned the exterior, Sinot the interiors, and the 200-square-metre sun deck is the largest of any yacht in her class. A glass-bottomed pool on the main deck aft doubles as a skylight for the beach club below.
SAIRU – Riva (54.8m)
Riva’s largest yacht ever built, and the new flagship for the brand’s Superyacht Division, Sairu keeps her volume under 500GT by design, a choice that puts her in a lighter regulatory class despite the scale. Officina Italiana Design carried Riva’s signature look, the aquamarine waterline, the sculptural bow, onto a genuinely large hull, with over 370 square metres of outdoor space and a beach club that opens on two levels via four fold-down sections.

The 40-60 metre range carries the heaviest weight of debuts this year, where semi-custom production meets real charter demand, and Italian yards dominate the list:
- Damen Yachting QU2 (60m) – the second confirmed debut from the Dutch-flagged builder.
- Benetti B.Now 50M – the latest in Benetti’s long-running B.Now series.
- Overmarine Mangusta 165 REV – the yard’s newest addition to its REV explorer range.
- Baglietto Fast50 and T60 – a double debut spanning Baglietto’s fast-hull and displacement lines.
- Tankoa Singolare – the second unit in Tankoa’s T450 platform.
- Gulf Craft Majesty 145 – the UAE builder’s newest flagship-class launch.
- Princess Yachts X90 and Y95 – a double debut across two different Princess ranges.
- Azimut 44 Metri – at 43.85m, Azimut’s newest step into the larger end of its lineup.
- Oceanco Leviathan (111m) – delivered last year and the single largest yacht at the show, making her first Monaco appearance.
- Ares Yachts Simena (62m) – the largest sailing yacht on the confirmed list.
- Arcadia A80 (24m) – proof the premiere list isn’t only megayachts; a hybrid catamaran design at the more accessible end of the fleet.
